The intent of this project is to analyze the behavior of popular struggles in the light of these two periods, in Brazil, ranging from large mass social movements fighting for land, housing, employment by the movement of social groups most atfected - women, indigenous and young - the guidelines ofthe World Bank is in education, family agriculture, on public safety.
