In recent decades, the non-integer order calculus or fractional calculus (FC) - more often called - has become important in academic research as well as in applications in various areas of human knowledge, particularly those which admit mathematical models leading to solutions quite near those observed in reality. Such applications have been observed in the areas of physics, chemistry, viscoelasticity, electronics, electromagnetism, robotics, mechanical, telecommunications, rheology, control theory, biology, image and signal processing, economics, finance, among others. Biosystems, largely embraces several of the aforementioned areas. The main goal of this project is to research on the use of fractional calculus in dynamic systems, particularly involving agricultural biosystems. The work aims to deepen the knowledge in the area of fractional calculus and at the same time, try to apply it initially in different situations / examples involving dynamic systems in agricultural biosystems. In this context , we highlight the proposed study of the dynamics of prices of some agricultural commodities and a dynamic system of difusion of agronomic interest (heat , water or nutrients in the soil , for example) . The results may help guide strategies and serve as a starting point for making more efficient and useful actions to agribusiness. (AU)
