Abstract

Botucatu School of Medicine has invested heavily in increasing the quantity and quality of research, through the establishment of a new Research Unit (UNIPEX), with financial resources obtained from FINEP. This investment in multiuser structures aims to bring together researchers, centralizing and promoting the rational use of equipments. Thus there has been significant increase in the number of research activities and the acquisition of new and complex equipments.To ensure safety of the equipments and their users, is necessary to introduce in our research labs a system of temperature control, as well the acquisition of nobreaks and stabilizers.
