Abstract

This study aims to assess resource savings with the implementation of the doses of infliximab and zoledronic acid-sharing program at the Centro de Dispensação de Medicação de Alta Complexidade (CEDMAC), used for the treatment of chronic inflammatory arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, spondylitis spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis) and osteoporosis, respectively, in the period 2007-2013. It will be executed by the Hospital das Clínicas in partnership with Secretaria da Saúde do Estado de São Paulo, in addition, data regarding direct treatment costs will be included in the electronic medical record industry (PRONTMED) for future studies.
