Website of ongoing education and humanization: the network interaction at regional strengthening of the Unified Health System

Abstract

Advances in primary care and effort to build networks of health care and the regionalization of SUS rely on trained technical teams and motivated leaders to promote change. This project focuses on the collective construction of a website for the dissemination of Ongoing Education and Humanization Policy through the instance of the Center for Ongoing Education and Humanization (NEPH) municipal workers coverage of 26 towns of Regional XIII, the main challenge will also add technological innovations that enable advances to independent learning process of health workers. This is a qualitative research mediated by the methodology of action research. Be invited to join the study, members of NEPH, with the estimated number of 40 people, among them: organizers of primary care contacts of permanent education, health workers, representatives of health institutions and education in the region, participating in monthly meetings for at least 6 months. For data collection will be used: the information contained in the site that were posted by netizens, the semi-structured and focused to the interlocutors NEPH interview, focus groups, in addition to field diary. It is hoped that this research will support the dissemination of public policies for ongoing education and humanization that include professional qualification for the strengthening and implementation of regional networks of health care and construction of knowledge in the pedagogical area.
