Abstract

In this project there are being study polymeric nano sheets using an holographic fluorescence spectro microinterferometer based in Fresnel Incoherent Digital Holography, there are investigated different properties of polymeric nano sheets as surface fluorosfores concentration, spatial distribution, etc. The fluorescence Digital holographic Microscopy until now has being little exploited because of instrumentation complexities and for that only was passively by mean of confocal scanning techniques, which is expensive and complicated for extract 3D information, also it will be perfectionated the experimental set up, the software for holographic processing and it will be tested with known samples. There were selected stables structures like polymeric nano sheets with dynamic properties as lipidics pseudo phases. The results can help in future to develop application for morphologic ultra sensivel diagnostic of different diseases by mean of the fluorescence study and birefringence of Hemozoin crystals. (AU)
