Abstract
The SpectraMax i3 Platform support development of assays that measure absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence in real time. The equipment will be equipped with the SpectraMax Minimax, which allows the imaging of the cultures in real time. The equipment is multifunctional and support development of several assays, thus favoring several users of different laboratories. (AU)
