Abstract

At an extraordinary meeting of the Congregation of the Faculty of Food Engineering, was exposed to "Portion of the Technical Reserve for Costs of Institutional Infrastructure for research" - FAPESP - year 2014, amounting to R $ 325,291.00 relating to 2013 of our projects teachers, for use in institutional infrastructure for research, according to the following requirements: A) EQUIPMENT FOR LABORATORY SUPPORT CENTRAL The acquisitions of equipment suggested in the table are for infra-structure support of the park equipment for analysis of other larger equipment, which have already been acquired. These devices are supported for preparation of samples and other analyzes. B) EQUIPMENT FOR NETWORK COMPUTING: The acquisitions of manageable Optical Switch 24 ports 3 and Layer Network Card X520-LR1 10Gb / s PCIe x8 - Intel are of the highest importance to the "node" communication with the external network. Thus, it is important that equipment redundancy and security of the college network communication with the outside world. C) EQUIPMENT FOR ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE: Acquisition of a 150 kVA generator stops to support electric power in electric circuits of research equipment and support for the work of master's and doctorate in developments in FEA; D) MATERIAL CONSUMPTION The acquisition of 10 mm quartz cuvettes complements the need for use of equipment already purchased.
