Abstract
In order to meet the provisions of the Law of Innovation, the TTO's UFSCar has the purpose of enabling the design of new deposits of intellectual property (patents, computer software and/ or brand) that may be deposited / registered in the next two years resulting from research conducted by faculty, administrative staff and students UFSCar to maintain patent applications with commercial potential already deposited previously and extend PCT processes that have expressed an interest in any company. Protection of these intangible assets has provided opportunities for licensing and technology transfer increasing interaction of UFSCar with business and the opportunity to generate new technologies to market.
