Abstract

In this project it is presented an implementation plan to improve the infrastructure of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at University of Campinas (FEM - UNICAMP ). The financial resources will allow to support the existing collective research infrastructure and will also benefit the research projects supported by FAPESP.The financial funds will be applied in the following areas and sectors of FEM - UNICAMP:1 ) Fluid Mechanics Laboratory, Department of Energy,2 ) Rotating Machines Laboratory (LAMAR), Department of Integrated Systems,3 ) Metallography Laboratory, Department of Manufacturing and Materials Engineering,4 ) Department of Computational Mechanics,5 ) Energy Planning area of the Energy Department,6 ) Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, for using in all Departments.The project will be implemented by the Administration of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, coordinated by the current Associate Director, Prof. Alberto Luiz Serpa.
