Abstract

Since Dr. Korenskiy is a renowned specialized researcher dedicated to the development of algorithms for the treatment of LIDAR data to retrieve particle properties, and in view of the present deficit of such capability in ourresearch group, the visit of Dr. Korenskiy is intended to provide an intensive training of the researchers in São Paulo on the topic of our research. This is expected to be carried out by means of technical sessions includingmeetings, classes and lectures on the topic of the visit, as well as training sessions with the researchers. (AU)
