Abstract
Understanding that one of the main characteristics of the new ways of political participation is the use of communication and information technology aiming political engagement, Australia and Brazil cooperation project has the main goal to elaborate a joint methodology to analyze political practices developed in networks. Understanding that the incorporation of digital tools in political processes provides a set of changes on traditional spaces for discussion, on the instances of elaboration and deliberation, allowing the innovation on the ways of the actor’s participation and is necessary theoretical and methodological procedures of interdisciplinary character to cover the complexity of this social-political phenomenon of the contemporaneity.
