Abstract

Knowing the benefits of collaborative work with foreigner institutions of known excellence, the post graduate program in Restorative Dentistry, Institute of Science and Technology of São José dos Campos, Unesp, initiated in 2005 a scientific cooperation with Dr. Mutlu Ozcan who is the head to the Dental Materials Department at the Dental School of Zurich University. This cooperation has been fruitful for both institutions as several research papers have been published in impact journals. This time, Dra. Mutlu Özcan’s visit will aim the designing of new projects and the follow-up of ongoing work and submission of papers. Most of all, her visit will include talks about international cooperation, international research funding and optimization of time and human resources in research. (AU)
