Abstract
The current Cooperation Project proposes an exchange of findings and research experience between two research teams from the projects: "As contradições do trabalho no Brazil atual: formalização, precariedade, terceirização e regulação (Projeto Temático Fapesp 2012/20408-1)" coordinated by Marcia de Paula Leite, in Brazil, and "Las reconfiguraciones del trabajo en contextos de subcontratación. Las múltiples caras de la precariedad laboral en los trabajos no clásicos." (Proyecto ANCYP-PICT-2011- 0351, coordinated by Andrea Dei Bono). These research teams share a common orientation in order to advance the understanding of the linkages between the deepening of outsourcing processes and features of the work framed in it. Furthermore, this proposal aims to re-discuss the concepts of outsourcing and its relation to the processes of job insecurity (Leite, 2009; Dei Bono and Quaranta, 2010) discussed today. In this context, becomes relevant comparative analysis of Argentinean and Brazilian experiences and the exchange of progress between research teams from both countries. These issues are part of a thematic line that has been gaining centrality in the field of labor studies. They have to do with a need to articulate the discussion of the phenomenon of outsourcing, both in its classical and restarted forms, since the latter are progressing steadily, contributing to complicate the traditional labour relations. The theoretical concerns are the consequences of this phenomenon in terms of precarious working conditions and labor rights loss. (AU)
