Several organic spin-valves have been designed as two magnetic electrodes sandwiching an organic lm that displayed magneto-resistive behaviour at very low temperature. Experiments are missing that observe the realization of sharp organic/ferromagnetic (FM) interface and element selective response of the sandwich system FM1/organic-lm/FM2 to external stimuli, i.e. magnetic and electric eld. The present project aims at addressing these issues with a prototype system and spectroscopic techniques available at the host laboratory. Here we propose to grow the heterostructure SrTiO3 (substrate)/LaSrMnO3/FePhtalocyanine/Co with addition of LiF to the molecule layer in order to improve the sharpness of the interfaces. This project will fully benet from the instrumentation obtained from the FAPESP Young Researcher project 2012/51198-2, and at its end will provide the users of the U11-PGM beam line of the LNLS of a world wide unique facility for molecular magnets research.
