Abstract

The school is the basis for the development of the child, it is where relationships are broadened with different cores, and begins a gradual inauguration of one's own life. The learning process starts from the appropriation of resources offered by the society, the school and other sources, which provide the creative and constructive power of the individual. Regarding children with some disability, the fact that the child is enrolled, does not guarantee access and permanence in school. It must be taken into consideration the significant amount of difficulties that permeate the path to inclusion such as lack of adequate transportation, unsuitable furniture and materials, staff and teachers that are unprepared to deal with students with autism, among other difficulties. The collaborative consultation is seen as a way to minimize such problems. Actions involve the identification, analysis, evaluation of the problem and implementation of the action plan covering teachers, students and their families indirectly. This project aims to contribute to the improvement of the teaching-learning process of students with autism and teachers who have these students included in class through collaborative consulting. Thereupon, we intend to identify the inclusive practices of students with autism in public schools, recognizing the main problems faced by teachers to better instruct them by giving them proper tools to deal with these issues.
