Abstract

This research aims to investigate the perception of elementary school students studying in schools of municipal and state public network of São Paulo, on the quality of education. It is extension of the research "Institutional Self-Assessment: the construction of indicators to dialogue with external evaluations conducted in 2011 - 2013" carried out through a partnership between a public school and the Master's Program in Education of the University City São Paulo - UNICID. The research is based on the work of Freitas (2005), Gatti (2007, 2009), Souza & Bonamino (2012), Saul (2010) Afonso (2011), among others. The research will be conducted in five public schools, two of them belong to the state system and three to the municipal system, all located in São Paulo, this partnership aims to establish institutional and personal exchange between the school divisions and the University City of São Paulo in order to produce theoretical and practical knowledge.
