Abstract

Brazil is the world's largest producer and exporter of citrus orange juice concentrate, being largely produced in São Paulo, with around 464 thousands hectares of production area. The citrus seedings are one of the main inputs used in the formation of the orchard, the genetic quality and sanity are also important for the start of a successful venture. The demand for citrus trees in Brazil is approximately 20 million units annually, this business brings in about 100 million reais, most of it in the State of São Paulo. These seedlings are produced with the use of substrates, replacing the soil, this procedure brought problems for homogeneity, nutrition, boron toxicity and the presence of the yellow mushroom, identified as Leucocoprinus birnbaunii (Fr.) Nf. This microorganism, although not a pathogen, it can inhibit the development of the plant, it causes the sealing substrate. Given the above this study aims to: 1) develop formulations that favor the survival of the isolated from Bacillus subtilis and which maintains its antagonistic activity against Leucocoprinus birnbaunii; 2) To study nitrogenous compounds and trace elements which can be used as additives in formulations, and finally 3) the best test formulations in citrus plants under conditions of cages, nurseries.
