Abstract
One of the key points in classification of singularities is the simplicity. Stable and codimension 1 germs are simple. What can be said about codimension 2 germs? The nice dimensions following Mather consist of pairs (n,p) for which stable germs from R^n to R^p form a dense set. In a joint project with Raul Oset and Maria Ruas we are studying pairs (n,p) for which monogerms of codimension 2 are simple in the nice dimensions. (AU)
