Abstract

Our laboratory uses functional/structural genomic techniques and computational analysis to study gene interactions, and gene expression of the metabolic networks in eukaryotic systems at a global level. We are particularly interested in analyzing the genomic regulatory networks for energy production and the effect of glucose and oxygen levels on the perturbation of the metabolic system. (AU)
