Abstract

The main goal of this project is a highly qualified training of human resources from Unesp's Technology Transfer Office in advanced technology transfer programs developed by excellence institutions in central countries. Unesp has already built a strong intellectual property portfolio and now its main challenge is to license this portfolio. In order to fill this gap, different programs may be developed in order to improve technology transfer, other than patent licensing. Enriching local innovation system is a strategy which may be used to improve knowledge transfer. Nevertheless, keeping and improving internal processes of intellectual property protection and technology assessment is a core activity of any TTO, and activities toward this second goal are also designed.
