Abstract

The project will have as the starting point the Unified Platform of Hardware and Software, and the Framework for the Development of Embedded Systems for Mobile Applications, both developed by COMPSIS in phase II of the PIPE project (Process 2012-51336-6), being these artifacts materialized at that time by an Automotive Tracking Module prototype. Against the great market potential currently envisioned in the municipalities fiscal area, the company plans in Phase III to transform the Phase II prototype in the product called "MFC-ISS", based on the same framework and the same Hardware and Software Unified Platform created in PIPE Phase II, applying this way, the hardware and software reuse concepts studied at that time. The project will be conducted in four stages: 1) Development of the MFC-ISS product; 2) Development of the MFC-ISS Productive Process; 3) Product Marketing for market launch; 4) Compilation of the obtained results.
