Abstract

This project proposal is divided into the following implementing steps: planning and draft phase, staff training phase, provision of infrastructure, equipment and facilities resources, and finally, manufacturing and quality assurance methods definitions. The proposed project has duration of 24 months and the implementing schedule divided into four main phases, expected to start in June 2016 and completed in June 2018. The main competitive advantages positioning ALLTEC as able to develop the proposed project stand out from the vast know-how acquired by the company, in its 20 years of experience in the market, in the main technologies and manufacturing process of composites and subset assemblies. The proposed development involves the participation of a multidisciplinary team with a high degree of training and experience in the manufacture of parts and subassemblies in composite materials with metal components for structural applications.
