Abstract

It is known that 40% of the population has chronic pain and in some specific populations can reach 60% as cancer patients. Such patients often require many returns to get adequate medication and proper management of pain. This in turn leads to a growing coming to the clinic and the need for quick access to medical records and consultation of information above. The objective is thus the aim of this study is to develop an electronic documentation tool of medical consultations that: 1) can be accessed from different points of our hospital complex; 2) contains all of the instruments used by doctors service, 3) assist in quantifying the type of patients we evaluated, their characteristics and demand for health services.
