Abstract

The present proposal aim to maintaining the collaboration in research already established in 2010 with The Research Institute at Nationwide Children's Hospital - Center of Cardiovascular Research, were we were able to develop research projects in collaboration with Prof. Pamela Lucchesi. At this moment, the researcher Prof. Aaron J. Trask will contribute to our project in coronary function and experimental models of diabetes, the visiting researcher has a great expertise in this field. As well, the researcher will share his knowledge in cell co-culture (endothelial and vascular smooth muscle cells) for future implementation in our laboratory. (AU)
