Abstract

So recent, unconventional processes for the sector tubular conformation have been growing broadly, and industries are increasingly interested in knowing how the components of junction complex geometries with high productivity and shorter process. In this report, a study of a hybrid machine appears to the conformation of tubes of complex geometries using unconventional techniques using hydroforming processes and elastomer, as well as design of hydraulic design, of the control and their shaping parameters for nonferrous materials, such as aluminum, copper and brass.
