Abstract

In a meeting convened by the board of the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu, with the active participation of all faculty researchers benefiting from regular FAPESP grants in the year 2016, collective needs for improvement of the research infrastructure were identified. The allocation of the resources of the Institutional Technical Reserve (RTI) was decided at this meeting and submitted for approval by the Congregation of the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu. The proposal was approved at the Ordinary Meeting of the Congregation held on 07/21/2017 (according to documents attached to the process). We detail below the items approved for request and their destination. Due budgets are attached in the corresponding fields in the documentation. Approved items are: Permanent Material - Unit for Research in Collective Health (UPESC):EQUIPMENT: RACK computer serverSHORT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION: Rack Server with 2 Intel XENON E 2640v4 processors, 25M 8GT / s cache with 4 1TB SAS disks With chassis for up to 8 HOT plug Hard Drives, 32GB memory with support up to 384GB ( 12pentes) Dvd,, 4 intervaces of 1GB network, redundant power supply 750W, 2 power cables, 5 qnos of guarantee (according budgets enclosed)BACKGROUND / UTILIZATION: This is a permanent multi-user material required to expand the research developed in the unit.3.2. Permanent Material - Unit for Experimental Research (UNIPEX)EQUIPMENT: Air Condensing Liquid Cooling Unit, with Scroll compressors.SUMMARY TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION: Equipment for the control of the temperature of the cold water outlet, with antifreeze protection of evaporator, control of air condenser fans, automatic rotation of the compressors.Equipped with R-410a refrigerant gas, condenser alerts in aluminum, Scroll compressors, gas garbage and refrigerant oil, evaporator type plate exchanger, electronic expansion valve, communication module BACnetBACKGROUND / UTILIZATION: Equipment of fundamental importance for the system of automation and control of equipment climate control and remote monitoring.Given the complexity of equipments, third party service of instalation will be necessary.
