Abstract

Considering the development of the international project mapKITE (European GNSS Agency - GSA European Commission - process 641518, NOTICE HORIZON 2020) based on the integration of UAV technology and mobile mapping with simultaneous acquisition of aerial and terrestrial images with real-time link, calibration on-the-job and automatic detection of kinematic control targets, this project aims the development of terrestrial mobile mapping system (T-Map) for mapKITE project with the particular features required for this system and with new navigation model based on observations of Galileo and integration of photogrammetric observations. Sensormap Company is integrated in the mapKITE project and these new proposed developments, which will complement the European project in progress, will bring a competitive advantage for the company and a technical, scientific and commercial integration with international partners. The features of this system are unique and will bring economic and operational benefits for mapping projects and registration corridors (road and rail) and alternatively in this project, for urban areasKeywords: Photogrammetry, Mobile Mapping, Sensor Integration, Mapping, and Cadaster.
