Abstract

The value of the Institutional Technical Reserve 2017 refers to the Research Grant projects obtained by the Universidade Católica de Santos in the year 2016 and should be applied to improve the collective infrastructure of research, benefiting primarily projects supported by FAPESP at the Catholic University of Santos . The investment of the financial resource will be made to improve the research infrastructure of the Institute of Scientific and Technological Research, IPECI / UNISANTOS, where the research activities of the professors and students involved in the Scientific Education Programs of the University (High School and Graduation) are concentrated. It should be noted that IPECI consists of one of the five University Units of Universidade Católica de Santos and aims to stimulate, accompany and support all research activities developed at the Catholic University of Santos. In this way, the resources related to the technical reserve for infrastructure FAPESP will contribute greatly to the consolidation of the structure of the research laboratories that serve IPECI. The annual plan of application of the technical reserve of FAPESP for institutional research infrastructure was presented and approved by the Technical and Scientific Council of the Institute of Scientific and Technological Research of UNISANTOS, IPECI on October 31, 2017.
