Abstract

The Stricto Sensu Post-Graduation Program was accredited by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Level Personnel - CAPES, with the opening of the Master's degree (2011) and Doctorate (2012) in Oncology, both with a score of four in the first triennial evaluation. Currently, the Program has been reassessed, obtaining concept five.With the progress of the Program, there was a great flow of documents from the enrolled students, graduates, teachers, students of the Lato Sensu Post-Graduation Program in Oncology (accredited by MEC, in partnership with the Barretos School of Health Dr. Paulo Prata - FACISB), as well as the documents of the other researchers and fellows who have registered in the secretariat.Therefore, it was noted the need to make the physical secretariat of the Graduate in a Digital Academic Secretariat - SeAD, to better organize the documents, optimize the physical space and gain time to locate the information. In addition, the advantages of SeAD include: financial savings due to low production of paper and prints, environmental contribution, parameterization of data, information security, as well as guarantee of authenticity and integrity of documents.
