Abstract

This project aims to investigate the use of oral history and also its techniques in different studies about northeastern Brazilians in São Paulo. Based on the field of intellectual history, we will carry out a survey of Brazilian bibliographic production, based on the experience of two other projects conducted at GEPHOM / USP, one on the memories of northeastern residents in the Zona Leste of the city of São Paulo and another that conducted a survey of the Brazilian production of oral history on the subject of immigration. In this stage of the project, we propose specifically to analyze the Brazilian production on the migrations of the Northeasternrs to the Southeast wich have used the techniques of oral history interviews.
