Abstract

The Institute of Education and Research (IEP) of the Hospital Sírio-Libanês (HSL) offers its Researchers an administrative infrastructure with the objective of managing regulatory aspects related to research projects, requests and administration of fomentations, purchase of inputs and equipment , statistical consultancy, support in data management, among other services. This support, coordinated by the Research Support Center, aims to make the initiation, conduction and finalization of research projects more efficient. Currently, all Research projects developed in HSL that need approval in the CEP / CONEP system or in CEUA need to be registered in a WEB platform called AVAP (Virtual Environment of Research Support). This platform manages the internal processes of evaluation of Research projects generating also indicators of publication of the institution. The purpose of this project is to develop functionalities in the AVAP that allow to register the research projects that requested or obtained financial resources from sources outside HSL, such as development agencies (FAPESP, CNPq, among others), private companies resources or international agency resources development. With this, in addition to managing more efficiently the obtaining of resources for scientific projects, it will be possible to make available indicators of the Researchers in function of the capacity of fundraising.
