Solutions that have been adopted and considered for the contemplation of the requirements of electric energy are based mainly on centralized generation (CG), i.e., on the development of large units in bulk power systems. Thus Embedded Generation (Distributed Generation, DG) is excluded which the electric energy is generated near to the load. With the DG new suppliers can come to the energy market, these suppliers could deliver active power beyond ancillary services. With the possibility of competition between CD and DG delivers is indispensable to set up a market that allows to provide the best economical choice in the generation of electricity. In the future the units of DG will be able to supply ancillary services totally, since it is not allowed still. Knowing the importance of the auxiliary services in the electric system, and in the viewpoint of the growing requirement to increase the access of GD, the main aim of this project is to set up a regulatory landmark that allows the delivery of the auxiliary services through the GD for the future electricity markets which can have satisfactory participation levels between the centralized and no centralized generation, and in this way, to make easier the participation of Renewable Energy Sources (RES).With the end to constitute the principles for the regulatory landmark, the economic levels will be established technician and of the advantages of a system decentralized with DG on the centered systems. As objective specific, it is had to consider an analysis of the use of the DG for the supply of reserve of active power. To include itself as criterion to make a comparison economic technique of the use of the DG as supplying of the power reserve, beyond an analysis of the known economic mechanism as "capacity payment" as incentivador element to make new projects that can stimulate the use of the DG for the supply of the power reserve. Also a quantification of the contribution of the DG in the supply of support of reagents will be made as a service to ancillary as well as its economic value. The delineation of the considered regulatory landmark, will be made with the use of the known mechanism as roadmaps, tool created for the regulatory landmark construction future.
