Abstract

DNA vaccine is constructs whereas the gene cloned in plasmid from bacteria origin can be expressed into eukaryotic cell to give protection against determinates micro organism. The main vantage of theses kind of vaccination is has the same effect of that attenuates vaccines, with a better cost effective production and safety. After intramuscular DNA injection several APC from bone medulla or present in local site can uptake DNA and make antigen presentation in secondary lymphoid tissue. Interesting B cell can also uptake and present the antigen. However, the participation of B cells in the induction of immune response, in DNA vaccines, so quite understands. In this way, the aim of the project are analysis the participation of B cells in the immune response after DNA immunization and compare these phenomena with other APC, like macrophages and dendritic cells.
