Abstract

Data from user interactions, available in iClass, a multimedia document generator, has motivated this work which aims at classifying and studying the user behavior variations. The iClass system has been used by professors from the Institutes of Mathematical and Computer Science, and Chemistry from the University of São Paulo aiming at helping the multimedia content production and availability. The detected behavior variations, from the same user or among users, will be related with user's performance in classes and tests. This relation should help to understand user behaviors under different situations. (AU)
