Abstract

The objective of this work is to evaluate the internal micro-climate of escamoteadores with different formulations of plates for the floor. Three types of plates will be used: plates of Portland cement, plates of swine deep bedding ashes (SDBA) substituting 30% of Portland cement and plates of SDBA substituting 30% of Portland cement with sisal fibers as reinforcement. SDBA and sisal fiber will be used as alternative material searching for recycling of these residues. In the plates thermal, physical and mechanics will be accomplished. Dataloggers will be used for temperature collection, humidity and globe temperature. With the obtained results. will be calculate ITU and ITGU. As for final results, we are waited that the plates made with SDBA have good acting, becoming an alternative for use of this residue generated in the swine production. And it is waited that the use of the fiber is viable for use as reinforcement.
