Abstract

In this Project, the poverty and social exclusion are discussed in the context of middle-sized cities of the State of São Paulo. The work aims to understand the new roles in the urban network on the Globalization period. As a result, the research will develop the new cartographic models appropriated to analyses a phenomenon, the same time, dynamic and multi-dimensional.
