Abstract

One is about a work that it searchs to analyze the creation of international an ambient court, analyzing the international approaches and the ambient legislation, and to show the main involved organizations in the creation of this project, as well as studying the side of the states that, for the creation of a court of this arrives in port will have to make use of its sovereignty, therefore they will have that to take in consideration the decisions of this international cut. One will search to develop a thesis, showing that it does not fit to the States to make use on that depends on the future of the one of the survival in the Planet and that the impacts do not possess borders.
