Abstract Will be performed two experiments. In the first use will be 10 Santa Ines ewes, which will be divided randomly into two lots of 5 animals and submitted together the two treatments in design "cross-over" repeated the interval 20 days. In G1-A, CIDRs will be placed and maintained for 14 days in G1-B they will be replaced by new on the 7th day and maintained by same period. It will be administered in all animals, in a single dose, on the allotment of CIDRs, 37.5 ¼ g of d-cloprostenol (IM) and the removal of these, 300UI of eCG (IM). The females will be evaluated daily, the morning, during periods own observation (of the implementation of the implant to the ovulation), about the dynamics follicular (transrectal ultrasonography) and the profile of plasma estrogen and progesterone (radioimmunoassay). These procedures will be repeated in ciclicidade, transition and anoestrus periods. In the second experiment will be used 30 new females of the same race, and 10 for each period (ciclicidade, transition and anoestrus), According to the design proposed in the first. It will use in this second stage, protocol which promoted better synchronization of follicular waves, and knowing the days of these emergencies, establish the beginning of the treatments superestimulatorys; to assess viability of superovulation started near the first (G2-A) and last (G2-B) waves follicular emergencies. For such, shall be the administration of 256 mg of FSHp (IM). In eight doses at intervals of 12 hours (48, 48, 36, 36, 24, 24, 20 and 20 mg FSHp). The assessments to be made they will be held in step 1, in addition to the embryos collection. From the data, the quantitative parameters will be submitted to the analysis of variance for evidence of differences between the averages obtained by comparing test SNK (5%), processed by the System for Analysis Statistics (SAEG). The qualitative parameters will be evaluated by the chi-square test. And correlations between variables mentioned above will also be calculated. | |
