Abstract

This project proposes to investigate the molecular effects of TGF ² and Dex, blocking its receptors and studying some elements of their signaling pathways and the role of the ability of differentiation of osteogenic cells at different stages corresponding to biomineralization, making studies chemistry - alkaline phosphatase activity, timing of mineral nodules by the method of immunohistochemistry, the expression of non-collagen proteins such as OPN, BSP, OC and ON, involved in this process by immunofluorescence confocal microscopy, as well as quantification Western-blot and RT-PCR.
