Abstract

With the reverse speed-significação of ciberespaço resultant of the action of the people, the "culture of the Internet" (CASTELLS, 2003) constructs to new label forms, rethink and appropriate as the sociocultural context. Present the proposal of inquiry has the intention to contribute to the studies of Culture and Information in what it refers to the circulation of the information, identifying the process of construction and appropriation of the Netiquetas, related the behavior of the authors and users of blogs with the distribution of content and e how much the quarrels on authorship in the Internet.The research field is the seen Brazilian blogosfera from a net of connections of blogs that they dialogue between itself, using a predominantly qualitative, objective boarding, beyond the exploration study, interprets and descriptive, to reach a clarifying text, searching to identify contributing and/or determinative factors for the investigated phenomenon.
