Abstract In an investigation of reading magazines science journalism we identified the lack of the processes of the science in selected texts, this lack has problematized by several authors in communication and education areas. Thus, we acknowledge the importance of working with processes of science since the initial formation of the journalist. In this investigation we aimed to build and analyze a teaching unit about science journalism, which allows to work with processes of science among the students of journalism in a discipline that includes a proposal. We will select texts and analyze the production of students, for this we will build an analytical device, as theorized by discourse analysis originated in the 60's in France for Pêcheux. This will consist by specificities of journalism field, more specifically of scientific journalism. With this device we will also seek to understand how these students produce meanings when requested for the teaching unit and how they take into consideration these positions when they write the texts of science journalism. | |
