Abstract This project searchs to develop a poetical work that uses the photograph as element base of expression for the artistic creation. Four hybrid actions had been stipulated: to erase, to sew, to engrave and to manipulate. These if concentrate at two distinct moments: first - a poetical intervention in the captation of the image (action to erase); e as - a proposal of performance from ready photographic images, extended in changeable dimensions, independent of its origin - analogical or digital one (action to sew, to engrave and to manipulate). This sample that the focus of the research is in the four described actions and not on the photograph in itself. The important one is to use the photograph as expressive artistic element for the construction of a work poetical, or better, as half for the artistic experimentation and creation. The photograph - for this project - must not only be understood as the captation of an image by means of the writing of the light, either analogicalally or digitally, but yes as a language that surpasses the limit of "writing with the light" and is enrolled in the poetical field of the artistic action as interventor and creator of a new operation, where the final result is an image. | |
