Abstract

The hierarchical management prevails in the various types of private companies and can also be evidenced by some variability in organizations in a cooperative manner, as is recognized in the context of capitalist society as the most able and competent to achieve the purposes of an organization. Unlike cooperatives, when embedded in a democratic administration, present themselves as organizations focused on the collective decisions that compose it. Thus, in our research question: How is the management of the Marilia Cooperative Educational? There is a list of associated work in the Cooperative? There are segments of school participation, cooperative parents, teachers, students, staff, educational director, educational coordinator and guidance counselor in your management? As a general goal, we propose to verify the empirical universe chosen for the study, what form of Cooperative Educational management and whether there is an employment relationship associated with the Cooperative. The specific objectives are to check for instances of participation in the management of the Cooperative, to analyze whether there is participation of segments of the teachers, parents, members, students, staff, educational director, educational coordinator and guidance counselor in their management, see what type of relationship work joined the Cooperative.
