Abstract

This project aims to study tipped lithics of indigenous population found in the surroundings of Lagoa Seca II Archeological Site, situated in Yepê city, near Rio Paranapanema Paulista Valley. This research emphasizes the study of stone tool and tipping experiments with gravel pebbles placed in the surroundings of Lagoa Seca II Site, considering that the stone tool of the analyzed site is about pebbles. In doing so, apart from the theory, we are going to try to learn experimental techniques along with researchers of Federal University of Minas Gerais. Our intention is to publicize the results in academics events and together with the community.
