Abstract

Qualitative and interpretive research, composes itself as a archaeological description of the discourse of non-fiction in comics. Following the archaeological method and the discourse theory defined by Michel Foucault, the thesis commits itself in determine the historical conditions of this discourse, perform a meticulous description of statement and, finally, determine the functioning of this statement inside of two fields of discourse: journalism and memory. With intention of increase the understanding about the formal characteristics of this style of comics, allies the different theorical propositions in the journalism field, art, cinema and comics.
