Abstract

Qualified human resources are considered strategic for companies and countries, being the education fundamental in the qualification process of people. In this sense, the qualification level of teachers that will form these human resources must be motive of constant attention of society. According this evidence, this study aims to evaluate the impact of USP Graduate Program of Business Management in the formation and professional activities of doctors. It will be realized a descritive qualitative study, which data will be collected through questionnares and interviews with graduates of the refered program. (AU)
