Abstract The presented research application intend on review the works of Reyner Banham (1922-1988), in order to recollect on the conexions between history of architecture and the urban history, its historical works and the intervention in the contemporary architectural agenda, as well as between the the conscious, professional, architect-made and the anonymous, fragmentary, popular, comercial and utilitary production in the city.
