Abstract

The organizational success is highly connected with actions of Training, Development & Education (TD&E), since organizations are continuously changing. The competencies of staff must be aligned with the competencies of the organization so that its objectives are achieved, and for this they use TD&E processes, as well as to prepare the staff for new roles and work processes. Therefore, it is extremely important to do the evaluation of such actions, which indicates whether the programs of TD&E are being effective, what aspects constrain or facilitate the performance of trainees, and how valid are these actions for the financial return of the organization. Therefore, this project seeks to study the influence of the variable learning support in the work training impact. This project has the following characteristics: descriptive and correlational study of field, use of primary data, quantitative approach.
