Abstract

In the region of Paraguaçu, MG rocks of the basal-unit of the Socorro-Guaxupé Nappe crop out. The unit is dominated by mafic, felsic and aluminous granulites, the latter occuring in subordinated quantities, as well as migmatites, granites and charnockites. The project aims to establish the relationships between the various rock types, structural and petrogenetic. Thermobarometric research of two samples will be undertaken.
